As technical sales specialist, you will play a central role in driving Bumax’s continued growth in Turkey by driving industrial sales, managing distributors, and securing product specifications in high-performance sectors. This is a hands-on role where you combine consultative sales and business development with technical credibility, working closely with engineers, purchasers, and decision-makers to offer solutions that truly make a difference.
We are looking for a relationship-driven sales professional with a technical mindset and experience in selling specified or niche products rather than standard components. You thrive on creating new business opportunities, collaborating with engineers and R&D teams and building trust with customers by understanding their challenges and offering tailored solutions. With a natural ability to translate complex requirements into clear product specifications, you bring both structure and creativity to your work. You are proactive and motivated by achieving results through long-term partnerships rather than quick wins. You’re fluent in English, and comfortable navigating both strategic discussions and hands-on execution. Based in Ankara or Istanbul, you’re open to regular travel across Turkey and occasional trips to Europe.

You will be part of a global business development team and report directly to Tibor Prezenszki, Business Development Manager for Eastern Europe. You will also maintain a dotted-line reporting to the Managing Director of Bufab Turkey to ensure strong local coordination and execution. The position is based at Bufab Turkey’s office in either Ankara or Istanbul, depending on candidate preference. The role includes approximately 50% travel across Turkey to support customer engagement.
